Sunday Drive - Find The Good!

Every day can be a good day! If Jesus is your JOY, and you truly believe this, every single day can be a good day regardless of your circumstances. 

Too easily we label days good and bad. Our circumstances may be terrible, but could you imagine going through them without God? I don't know how people do it... seriously!

Romans 1513 (NLT)
13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We need to rest in this truth! Let God's Word sink into your heart and mind! He promises to NEVER leave us, to NEVER turn His back on us. We are NEVER alone.

Deuteronomy 31:8 (NLT)
8 The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Psalm 73:23 (NLT)
23 Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand.

When God is holding your hand, you can be confident that He will never lose His grip on you. The only way to get away is if you pull every one of His fingers off of your hand and push Him away. Why would we do that? There is so much comfort knowing we are being held by our Heavenly Father. This is where we can take refuge. This is where there is love, peace and joy!

Psalm 36:7-8 (NLT)
7 How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings. 8 They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights.

You can be confident that God has a plan for your life. He is aware of all things going on. So, no matter what is happening look for the good. Every day is a good day! Why? Because you are a child of God.

11 You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
