Sunday Drive - God Is Doing A New Thing!

Isaiah 43:18-19 (NLT)
“But forget all that— it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. 19 For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

When I read that verse this past week, it just gave me such hope, joy and wonder!

We are beginning a fresh new year, and with that it always feels like a new fresh start. Even though, in reality its just the next day. Yet, think about it... God renews us every single day! He's always doing something new in us!

Now, is the time to let the past go, let disappointments go. Don't let failures of the past determine your future. God is doing a NEW thing! What surprising things will God do this year?

Every day is a beautiful gift.

Psalm 118:24 (NLT)
This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

God is a God of detail. Nothing is random or by accident. He understands and knows all the details of your life. He is always there and wants to be apart of every second of it. Invite Him into it. 

Rejoice and be glad, He has made this day for you!

In this new year, look for all the blessings God will specifically placed in your path. There may be some surprises along the way. Being thankful will keep your heart close to Him, and help you through whatever this year holds.

Let go and learn from the past, enjoy the present, and expect wonderful things for your future!
