It takes a lot of courage to not give up hope. Especially when you've been hoping and waiting and hoping and waiting... Your prayers are not in vain.
Don't give up! You might feel it would be easier to just give in to the disappointment of an unanswered prayer. But would it? Is it really unanswered?
It might momentarily feel easier to give up, but in the long run it will lead to despair and hopelessness.
Ephesians 1:18-19(NLT)
18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.
19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him.
Our prayers are always answered. It might not be when or what you want. The answer might be wait, or not right now, or something better, or it could be a no. We have to remember that God is ALWAYS working for our good. Always!
Romans 8:28(NLT)
28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
God is well aware of all of our circumstances. He will help us live courageously filling our heart and mind with hope! He doesn't ever give up.
Deuteronomy 31:6(NKJV)
6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”
Stand firm in your hope, refuse to give up or give in! Trust in Jesus, He's got it all under control.
Isaiah 41:10(NLT)
10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Blessings,
Lori
