This zucchini relish is to die for! I absolutely love it! We just ran out of our last jar and I can't wait for zucchini to be in abundance to can some more!

It's pretty simple to make and it is amazing on hamburgers and hot dogs. It adds some much umph to tuna salad. It's just good on regular ole salad.
