Today's devotion is about how God is always present.
I believe that God created each day to be lived within His presence. He is with us whether we sense His presence or not.
Sometimes, I can literally feel Him walking each step with me. There are times when I feel like I'm on my own, but that's a lie. I'm never on my own. He says He will never leave us.
Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
I need to remember that more. My 'feelings' aren't truth. They can lie to me. The Word of God is truth. When I need to sense His presence, I need to read the Word and talk with Him and tell Him that I need Him. Not that He doesn't already know, but I need to say it, to remind myself of His truth.
He knows exactly how I feel and every feeling I experience. If I continue to talk with Him, I will sense His presence and the joy of The Lord will flood my day!
