Don't you love a great deal? Now, sometimes you get what you pay for... But I had hopes for these scrawny little wreaths from the Dollar Tree.
This is what I started with. It definitely needs a little help, but for $1... I knew I could something! So, I bought 7 of them. 😊
These little wreaths are so awful and ugly. Here's my solution!
The Dollar Tree also had some plain green 'garland'. Nothing fancy, it doesn't have any wire to it. I had already bought a bunch. You could use any garland.
First, I just opened up the branches. That already made it look better. Then I wove the garland around and around the wreath. You can see the progression. Doesn't it look so much better?
Keeping it simple this year, I added a glittery silver bow and hung them up.
I really like the way they all turned out.
Look how pretty it is at night!!
I also hung one in my kitchen window.
It's amazing what you can do with a couple of things from the Dollar Tree.
