$1 Cereal Box Drawer Organizer ~ Vanity Drawer

This is part of Project Organization 2014.... I can't believe it's already October! I had big plans to organize A LOT more. It might just keep running into 2015. :)
At least I took care of this HOT MESS!

Now, I've had this organized for a couple of weeks and when I was editing photos for this post, I couldn't believe that mess is what I'd been living with for a couple of years!! Just being honest... Now that it's all nice and organized, I could NEVER go back to that!

This isn't the first drawer organizer I've ever made... These cereal box drawer organizers have helped me more than I realize! I've tried different techniques, but this one seems to last the best and used the cheapest materials.

I made some for two Kitchen Junk Drawers.

Another variation I created for a Kitchen Utensil Drawer.

Basically, all you need is a very messy drawer, boxes (cereal, oatmeal, cracker, etc.), wrapping paper you like, and Modge Podge. Since, I have a boat load of these items, these organizers are practically free!

Once you figure out what you really want in your drawer, then your ready to start. Usually, I have a ton of junk in the drawer I'm working on. It feels so good to purge and clean it out!

It takes some thinking to configure the boxes with what will fit. That's why I save all different size boxes. In this drawer, I have cereal boxes, saltine boxes, granola, instant oatmeal boxes and more! Some spaces above are using the box standing up, on it's side, or laying flat. There are so many ways to use them to fit your drawer precisely.

I picked this wrapping paper up at the Dollar Tree. I thought it was fun and cheerful.

I love this! I mixed pink and orange. Now, it's all there and organized! I don't have to rummage around for anything! Oops... I thought I was done with the boxes.... Apparently, not. Can you find the one? Yes, I already pulled it to be covered.
